First workout in Australia was great! I switched to a upper/lower split so I have more free time and have more time for traveling. It took pretty long to finish so I will need to switch to some super sets to save some time. Tomorrow it's leg day! #no_gainzz

[Unbezahlte Werbung] We went to the gym today to get a contract so we can workout in Australia. After hearing the price for 2 months we had to think about it first but we decided to go anyway. It's 220$ for 2 months which is a lot of money😟 Both of us still want to go because we love the gym so much. Tomorrow we have our first workout💪🏼 #no_gainzz

[Unbezahlte Werbung] We made it! We arrived at the airport around 7:30pm. Now we're at a hostel and I've never been that disgusted🤢 the room is dirty and full of cockroaches. But at least we have a bed to sleep at and tomorrow we will join a gym in Australia so we can do our workouts as usual😊 #no_gainzz

Comes time comes muscle💪🏼 I did 80kg deadlift today --> new personal record😍 So after my workouts I can definitely recommend doing a deload week to help the muscle to fully recover. #no_gainzz

Good times in New Zealand☝🏻 btw, the deload worked well!! I could do more on bench press, shoulder press, pull ups... tomorrow I will see if I can do more on squats and deadlifts😊 #no_gainzz

Incline Bench Press is a good exercise for your upper chest. Go all the way down to the chest with your dumbbells. Use a proper range of motion so you really hit the chest! Then go up and try to FOCUS on feeling your chest working. Use a weight that you can move in a good form please. Don't think about the weight, just use your chest performing the movement. Because if you use less weight but with a good form you will grow your muscle faster💪🏼 #no_gainzz

I realised that you shouldn't use your normal weight after a deload. You should use 90% or your normal weights. So for example if you do squats with 100kg you should do 90kg when training for the first time after your deload. Just so you know☺️ #no_gainzz

Btw haha the bulk works out great! I gained 4,9kg/10lbs in 2 1/2 months now. I had a Body fat percentage of 6.2 before and now I am at 9.8%. My goal is the same when I started to get to 70kg/154lbs. It will take maybe 8 more weeks to get there. Then I have to see if my body fat is too high for me or if I can bulk some more. #no_gainzz

I miss my gym soooo much😢 I'm just looking forward to Monday! I stayed up a little longer yesterday and I forgot I have to work today :D I woke up because of my phone (work called ) and I had to get up instantly to go to work... I still have to work for half an hour but then I'm free😅 #no_gainzz

[Unbezahlte Werbung] 4 more days and I can train again😍 I had another great day today and spent time with my girlfriend and her family. We went out for lunch and had coffee and cakes. Today is the so called "Vatertag" in Germany to dignify all fathers. Have a great day fitfam💪🏼 #no_gainzz

[Unbezahlte Werbung] Day 3 of my deload week. I trained legs today with light weights and it was boring like the other two workouts :D now I will rest for the next days and my first workout will be next week on Monday. Then I will see if my deload week was successful! #no_gainzz

It was day two of my deload week. I did my back workout in maybe 40 minutes and it is really boring. Tomorrow I will train legs with light weight. But the rest of the day was nice! I cooked really good food with my girlfriend😊 Have a nice evening! #no_gainzz

[Unbezahlte Werbung] Today was the first day of my deload week. I'm honest with you, it feels frustrating and useless to train with light weight. But studies have shown that a deload week can help you to get a new PR (personal record ) or to just have more power the next week. I will do 3 times light weight and skip the other 3 workouts and then I will do my normal workout again!👌🏼 #no_gainzz

Hey friends💪🏼I like to do bench press as my first exercise on chest day. On bench press I go for a high weight with a total of 25 reps. I always try to get one more rep in each workout. When I hit the 25 reps I go for a higher weight and try to get to 25 reps again. Like this, I always progressively overload what is really important when it comes to growing muscles! (I know the form is not the best in this video, sometimes the bar is a little awry, the form will get better☺️ ) #no_gainzz

[Unbezahlte Werbung] It was my first time hitting 75kg/165lbs on deadlifts😊. I know it's not a lot and it could be more but I just started doing deadlifts in March and I don't want to go all in already. I try to focus on perfect movement instead of going to my limit. I still go up with my weight but in small steps to keep the best form!💪🏼 Next week I'll do a deload. Wait till the end😂 I'm like "you got it on video?" :D That lake is in New Zealand at the Arthur's Pass. It was a random decision while driving along the beautiful road I was like, I want to go to that lake and we drove an offroad track and had the car right next to that place.
