Homemade blueberry blackberry sauce. Add a handful of each to the pan, add water and a few tablespoons of sugar. Let this boil and mash the berries as it cooks. Let it reduce and thicken. I strained it too, and took a tiny dollop of seeds to add to top. This will keep a few days in frig. It’s sooo yummy!!! Рецепт с пошаговыми фотографиями можно посмотреть на сайте konditer online.Для теста: 230 г муки 90 г воды 20 г сахара 30 г мягкого сливочного масла 1ч.л. без горки сухих дрожжей Щепотка соли Для смазывания теста: 150 г мягкого сливочного масла 1сл.л. какао 1ч.л. сахара Форма для маффинов Машинка для раскатки пасты либо скалка. Сначала растворите дрожжи в воде, положите сахар. Теперь добавьте остальные ингредиенты для теста. Заместите однородное тесто. Скатайте в шар, заверните в пленку. Дайте тесту подняться в течение 1 часа при комнатной температуре. Подготовьте смесь для промазывания теста. Для этого соедините мягкое сливочное масло, какао и сахар. Тщательно перемешайте. Готовое тесто разделите на 4 части. Каждую часть необходимо тонко раскатать. Я использую машинку для раскатки пасты. Но скалкой тоже очень легко раскатать это тесто. Оно очень мягкое и податливое. Каждую раскатанную полоску теста промажьте шоколадно-масляной смесью. Теперь необходимо тесто свернуть в рулет. Из четырёх порций теста у вас получится четыре рулета. ☝️На следующим этапе необходимо острым ножом разрезать каждый рулет вдоль. На две равные части. Каждую часть сверните улиткой, так, чтобы сторона разреза распологалась с внешней стороны.Смажьте формы для маффинов маслом. В каждую ячейку выложите по одной «улитке». Накройте формы с тестом полотенцем . ☝️ Оставьте тесто расстаиваться на 3 часа. Время расстойки принципиально важно. Через 3 часа ваши заготовки будут выглядеть так:Разогрейте духовку до температуры 200 градусов. Выпекайте краффины 10 минут с конвекцией и 10 минут без конвекции. Общее время выпекания 20 минут.

Tasty & healthy Double chocolate coconut oat meal cookies Ingredients Shortening ½ cup Light brown sugar 1 cup Eggs 2 Vanilla 1 tsp Flour ¾ cup Coco powder 2 tbsp Baking soda 1 tsp Salt pinch Water ¼ cup Oats 1 ½ cup Chocolate chips 1 cup Coconut flakes 1 cup Walnuts ½ cup Method Beat shortening, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Sieve together flour, coco, baking soda and salt, add alternately with water to shortening mixture, stir in oats, ½ cup chocolate chips, ½ cup coconut and nuts, blending well, cover, refrigerate for few hours. . ☀️ Ежевичное Варенье на Кофейном сиропе ☀️ 📌ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ 👉🏻Ежевика-400гр, 👉🏻Кофе(америк )-150мл, 👉🏻Сахар-300гр, 👉🏻Кофейн.зерна-1ст.л 🔥ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ Ежевику промыть. Готовый кофе влить в кастрюлю, добавить кофейные зёрна и сахар. Проварить 5 мин на медленном огне. Всыпать в горячий кофейный сироп Ежевику, довести до кипения, убавить огонь до среднего и варить 5 мин. Отставить кастрюлю с вареньем на 30минут. Затем вновь поставить на плиту на медленный огонь. Варить 30 минут, периодически снимая пенку. Разлить горячее варенье в стерилизованные баночки и укупорить. Остудить при комнатной температуре, после чего убрать в сухое прохладное место. Это необычное варенье объединило в себе сразу две приятные вещи- кофе и десерт. Даже одна чайная ложечка этого варенья может, как минимум, улучшить ваше настроение, а также снять усталость и сонливость, повысить тонус, улучшить умственную активность. Небольшую баночку варенья можно презентовать друзьям или родным. Пикантный вкус ежевики и кофе в десертном варенье Вас приятно удивит. Да, кофейные зёрна можно сразу удалить после приготовления, а можно оставить в варенье(их всегда можно вынуть из креманки ), остыв и настоявшись в сиропе, они ещё больше обогатят и насытят ароматом Ежевичное варенье. ❤️❤️❤️

I was going to post breakfast this morning but I definitely forgot to take any pictures so instead I’ll post one of my favorite recipes that satisfies my peanut butter obsession. Peanut Butter Energy Bites: Ingredients: 2 1/4 cup of quick or rolled oats 3/4 cup of peanut butter 1/2 cup of agave or maple syrup 3 tbsp of chia seeds 2 tbsp of chocolate chips Mix together until well combined, roll into balls and freeze for 20 minutes. Dip in melted dark chocolate (1/2 a cup of dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil ) and sprinkle with sea salt. Esta mermelada es muy fácil de hacer y no tiene azúcar añadida. INGREDIENTES: 2 tazas de albaricoques (duraznos ) frescos picados (sin semilla ), 1/4 taza de jugo de naranja fresco, 2 cucharaditas de fruta de monje o stevia (opcional ), 1 Cucharada de semillas de chia. Instrucciones: pelar los albaricoques, luego cortarlos en rodajas, colocarlos en una olla mediana con el jugo de naranja y hacerlos puré con un tenedor. Revuelve constantemente para evitar que se peguen al fondo, agrega el edulcorante ( solo si te gusta bien dulce ). Cuando el puré este bien suave y espeso, retírelo del fuego y agrega las semillas de chía. Dejar enfriar antes de guardar en recipientes herméticos. . . . This jam is super easy to make and does not have a ton of sugar in it like store bought jam. Plus, it uses chia seeds to thicken it up. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups chopped fresh apricots (pitted ), 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, 2 Teaspoon monk fruit or stevia (optional ),1 Tablespoon chia seeds. Instructions: peel and pit the apricots, then slice them, place in a medium sized pot with the orange juice and mash with a potato masher o a fork. Stir constantly to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan, add the sweetener. When the fruits are soft and thicken, remove from heat and add chia seeds. Energy balls! I bought coconut flour to try bake pancakes with them but unfortunately neither me or my boyfriend didn’t like them so I needed to find where to use rest of the flours. And it has to be healthy of course. This is how I became to this idea about energy balls - perfectly sweet, balanced, so easy to make and only 3 ingredients! Banana, PB coconut flour. No added sweeteners because for us it’s enough how much we get it from banana.
